A tornado touched down in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Saturday, leaving cars flipped over, roofs destroyed and widespread damage. The Storm Prediction Center has upgraded most of the Chicago area to to a slight risk for severe weather, or a level 2 out of 5. The twister landed about three hours after the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for the area. The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado in Joliet and Naperville.
